Carolyn Richards - Operations Manager brings decades of management and leadership experience that has included accounting functions to the team.  She led the Accounts Receivable functions for an O&G company with over 1 billion dollars in revenue recently.  Her background also included starting and managing a full-service advertising, marketing and business consulting company for almost twenty years.  White-Richards & Associates, had a client base that included the largest Medicaid HMO in the US and was instrumental in the multi-state and international expansion to South Africa.  Carolyn has also acted as Vice President of Learning Academy International in Denver, Colorado which developed and managed childcare centers.  She was previously with Morrilton Plastics Products based in Detroit, Michigan with three plants in Arkansas that extruded, injection molded and assembled plastic products for the automotive and aerospace industries.

Carolyn has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in music from Mississippi Valley State University.
